Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)

The SGRC ensures that every student grievance is addressed promptly, fairly, and confidentially.

Committee Composition

Process

  1. 1Submit grievance via the online portal or written submission.
  2. 2Acknowledgement within 48 hours.
  3. 3Investigation and hearing within 15 working days.
  4. 4Resolution communicated in writing.
  5. 5Appeal mechanism available.

Safety

Internal Complaints Committee (ICC)

The ICC handles complaints related to sexual harassment and ensures a safe, respectful campus for all.

Scope

  • Sexual harassment complaints from students, staff, and visitors.
  • Ragging and bullying incidents.
  • Discrimination on any basis.
