Centres of Excellence

11 VCoE centres where students learn by doing — project-driven, mentor-guided, curiosity-led.

Launched 19 January 2026

VFACE Centres of Excellence (VCoE) replace rote assessment with project-based learning. Every student is assigned to at least one VCoE, working on real problems under expert mentorship — bridging classroom theory with the world outside.

The VCoE Method

How It Works

A four-step learning cycle that turns students into thinkers and makers.

01

Choose a Centre

Students select a VCoE aligned with their passion — STEM, arts, governance, or entrepreneurship.

02

Work on Real Projects

Each term, students complete a structured project inside their VCoE with faculty mentorship.

03

Present & Publish

Projects are presented at inter-VCoE showcases and published in the school research journal.

04

Assessed Holistically

VCoE projects form 30% of a student's overall assessment — rewarding curiosity, not just marks.

Let Your Child Discover Their VCoE

Admissions open for 2026–27. Every student joins a VCoE from Day 1.
